Corinne is an organizational development strategist with more than seven years of experience leading within organizations and 10 years of consulting experience helping organizations implement strategy, strengthen leadership, and navigate complex transformation.
Her perspective is shaped by working on both sides of the table — advising organizations and leading within them. Having led teams and built new functions in complex, unionized environments, she understands the realities leaders face when organizational direction meets operational delivery.
Corinne has worked with leaders at every level to strengthen organizational effectiveness, build more capable leadership teams, improve collaboration, and create clearer accountability for results.
